Refund Policy

The short version

Monthly Pro includes a 14-day free trial — nothing is charged until it ends. Every paid purchase — monthly after the trial, annual, or lifetime — is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, no form and no reason needed. Monthly and annual renew automatically until you cancel; lifetime is a single one-time payment with no renewal.

Monthly Pro

Starting monthly Pro begins a 14-day free trial. Nothing is charged during the trial, and cancelling during it costs nothing. If you don't cancel, the trial turns into a paid monthly subscription that renews automatically every month at the plan's price until you cancel. From your first paid charge, you have 30 days to ask for a full refund.

Annual Pro

Annual Pro is charged in full at purchase — there is no free trial on the annual plan. It renews automatically once a year at the price shown, until you cancel. You have 30 days from that charge (and from each renewal charge) to ask for a full refund.

Lifetime

Lifetime is a single one-time payment — no trial, no renewal, nothing billed again. You have 30 days from purchase to ask for a full refund.

Cancelling a subscription

Cancel monthly or annual Pro at any time. Cancelling stops future renewal charges; it does not end access early — you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for (or, during the trial, until the trial's end date). Outside the 30-day guarantee window, a cancellation is not itself a refund for the period already paid.

How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] with the address you paid with, or use the link in the receipt Paddle emailed you at checkout — that link also lets you manage or cancel the subscription directly. Paddle, our reseller and the Merchant of Record for the purchase, processes the refund back to your original payment method. Free tier

Plain dictation on the free tier costs nothing, so there's nothing to refund there.
