Who runs this

VerbaIDE is operated by Fediai Yury Michailovich, a registered Ukrainian individual entrepreneur (FOP), trading as WD Studio. By using this website or signing up for early access, you agree to these terms.

Early access / closed beta

VerbaIDE is currently in a closed beta and is not publicly released yet. Signing up through "Get early access" reserves you a spot on the waitlist — it is not a purchase and does not guarantee access by any date. Features and the beta itself can change or be discontinued at any time before a public release. Pricing for new signups can also change before launch — the one exception is anyone who already joined a paid beta plan: the price you signed up at is yours to keep after the public release, as stated on the pricing page.

Paid plans (Paddle)

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com ("Paddle"). Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles the purchase itself: payment, applicable taxes, receipts and billing documents, subscription renewals, cancellations and refunds — any order-level question should go to Paddle first. VerbaIDE / WD Studio is responsible for the product: the app's functionality and technical support. We never see or process your card or bank details.

By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms, which govern the purchase and payment relationship. These VerbaIDE Terms govern your use of the website and the app instead. Monthly and annual Pro renew automatically at the price shown until you cancel; monthly starts with a free trial. Intellectual property

The VerbaIDE name, logo, and this website belong to WD Studio. Using the site or joining the beta doesn't give you any rights to them beyond what's needed to use the product itself.

No warranty

This website and the beta software are provided "as is," with no guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent allowed by law, WD Studio isn't liable for damages arising from your use of the site or the beta. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product develops. See the date at the bottom of this page for when these terms last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, where the operating FOP is registered.

Product questions and complaints go to us; order, billing and refund questions go to Paddle first. See our Support page for contact details, response times and how a complaint is handled, including how to escalate a payment dispute to Paddle or a statutory consumer dispute further.
