VerbaIDE is not released yet. Signing up through "Get early access" reserves you a spot on the waitlist — it is not a purchase and does not guarantee access by any date. Features, pricing, and the beta itself can change or be discontinued at any time before a public release.
When VerbaIDE ships paid plans, purchases will be handled by FastSpring as our reseller and merchant of record. FastSpring's own terms of sale will govern the purchase itself; these terms cover use of the website and the app.
The VerbaIDE name, logo, and this website belong to WD Studio. Using the site or joining the beta doesn't give you any rights to them beyond what's needed to use the product itself.
This website and the beta software are provided "as is," with no guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent allowed by law, WD Studio isn't liable for damages arising from your use of the site or the beta.
We may update these terms as the product develops. The date of the latest change isn't tracked separately — check back here if you want the current version.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, where WD Studio is registered.
